What's Included?
Bride & Groom Suites
Situated in our beautifully renovated 1970s home, the bridal suite offers 450 square feet of elegance and comfort. Featuring a stunning fireplace, a luxurious king bed, a full private bathroom, and direct access to a spacious outdoor balcony, it’s the perfect retreat for the bride and her party to relax and prepare for the big day.
On the other side of the home, the groom’s suite spans 660 square feet, providing a stylish and spacious setting to unwind before the celebration. This suite includes a cozy fireplace, a full beverage bar, a flat-screen TV, a 4-person poker table, a pool table, and a comfortable lounge area—ensuring a fun and relaxing atmosphere for the groom and his party.
Ceremony & Reception Hall
Beyond the Manor, we offer a spacious 4,000-square-foot reception hall and a beautifully manicured ceremony lawn, accommodating up to 250 guests.
To make your special day seamless, we provide tables and chairs for both indoor and outdoor setups. Choose from four breathtaking ceremony locations to say "I Do”:
Fireplace Ceremony Lawn – A romantic setting with a charming fireplace backdrop
Inside the Reception Hall – Elegant and weather-proof for a timeless celebration

At Gracewood, we strive to accommodate every aspect of your wedding, including your rehearsal dinner. Please note that the rehearsal dinner is not included in the standard venue rental but can be added for an additional fee.
Should you choose to host your rehearsal dinner with us, you will have access to tables, chairs, bathrooms, and our prep kitchen to ensure a seamless dining experience with your chosen caterer.
